Our custom made to order lampshades are hand made in Great Britain, as seen on Peter Andre's 60 Minute Makeover on ITV (where Peter Andre lovingly referred to me as the shady lady from around the corner!) and featured in House and Garden magazine. We're proud to be a member of the Made In Britain Campaign and on  The List of House and Garden magazine. You can find us on Houzz,Handmade on Amazon and Etsy.

We are excited to be working with several designer fabric houses at present, including Osborne and Little, Sanderson, Harlequin and Liberty.

The Lampshade Company is very proud to have won the Bronze Award for Small Business Website at the Essex Digital Awards 2017  and the old Award for Small Business Website at the Essex Digital Awards 2015 and to have also been crowned Winners of The One Competition 2015! Find out more about us by viewing our story and lovely lamp shade studio on YouTube. Since this video was taken we have moved into larger premises in Ardleigh, Colchester. On our open evening we had the pleasure of meeting our local MP, Bernard Jenkin and showing him around our new spacious lamp shade studio. At the end of the evening we presented Bernard with one of our personalised Houses of Parliament lamp shades.
